Project inquiries

When you use the project inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, optional phone number and location, preferred timing, selected service, and project details. We use it to review your request, respond, and discuss possible work.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hosting and infrastructure providers process this information to operate the site. FormSubmit processes a copy of your inquiry to deliver an email notification to the inquiry inbox.

Website guide

The website guide matches questions to information already published on this site. It does not send questions to an AI model or another chat service. A short conversation history is kept in session storage in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so you can continue the exchange. Leave passwords, credentials, and sensitive information out of the guide.

Technical information

The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry service uses a hashed network identifier for short-term submission rate limits. We do not add advertising trackers or sell inquiry information.

Your choices

Only the name, email address, project details, and permission to respond are required by the inquiry form. Do not submit passwords, account credentials, or sensitive files. To ask about information you submitted or request its deletion, use the contact form and describe your request.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept while it is useful for responding to the request and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs. You may request deletion of inquiry information that is no longer needed.
